Jim Kallaher’s perspective comes from working where people, systems, and change meet. His experience spans utilities, engineering, financial services, B2B sales, call centers, and client development, giving him a broad understanding of how organizations work and the people who make them work.
Across those settings, he has led teams, built client relationships, and helped people make sense of complex work. The experience has shaped a practical approach: listen before proposing a solution, make the next step clear, and stay accountable for what follows. As technology and expectations change, he brings that same attention to both the systems behind a business and the relationships that sustain it.
That commitment extends into community service. Jim spent 10 years chairing public art committees for the Hillsborough County Commission and more than 20 years on the board of the Life Enrichment Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, many of them as board chair. Those years of civic and nonprofit leadership remain an important part of his perspective.
TenBold brings that perspective into building useful businesses, guided by courage, integrity, leadership, curiosity, and concern. These principles shape what Jim chooses to build and how he approaches the work. The name reflects a belief he carries into business and life: sometimes, ten seconds of courage is enough to take the first step.
